The roller module structure can be customized according to the product size, and it is convenient to replace and disassemble.
Working principle
The material distribution and conveying roller is driven by multiple sets of servo motors, and its speed is automatically adjusted through feedback signals from photoelectric sensors. The control is precise and the bag-arranging speed is fast. The front end can be directly connected to the feeding equipment, and the back end can be directly connected to the packaging machine and the cartoning machine, operating stably to achieve precise packaging effects.
Performance characteristics
The integrated design of material storage, loading and bag arrangement ensures stable and safe operation. Integrated large-capacity storage silo, convenient for feeding. A conveyor belt is installed at the bottom of the silo to facilitate feeding and prevent material residue at the same time.
